ETUHU DEMANDS MORE ROVERS FOCUS

Dickson Etuhu has said Blackburn Rovers must focus on a game at a time so as to make an instant return to the English top flight.
Nigeria international Etuhu, who was named man of the match in Blackburn Rovers midweek victory over Hull City, told the club’s official website that they have to keep their heads straight and not let the tag of favourites get into them.
“The aim at the beginning of the season was to get seven points from the three games and we can still get that so we’ll keep on pushing,” said the former Fulham ace.
“We are on the right track, but it is a long, long way, there will be ups and downs in this league and we know that, we just have to keep going.”

After taking points from the first two games, Etuhu wants Rovers to continue that this weekend.
“It is about not losing, it is about getting a point, nicking three points here and there, it all counts.
“It is a league where you have to just concentrate on the next game and don’t think too far ahead.
“People say we are one of the favourites, we know that, but we have to just concentrate on each game that is the most important thing.”
